In Medical institution Zeni-lijek Zenica, ZEFARM  has a 100% ownership and it consists of 15 organizational units. MI Medica Kakanj consists of four organizational units and ZEFARM has 50% ownership in it.

ZEFARM Ltd. is one of the major wholesaler and distributor of the commercial program, as well as the positive (essential) list in both entities. All of the organizational units in its own retail network are providers of these lists, which gives another competitive advantage to this groupation.
