So far more than one third of current employees went through ZEFARM's own Scholarship program, which stimulates continues influx of highly educated professionals with fresh ideas, knowledge and enthusiasm. There are 12 students currently enrolled in this program.

ZEFARM also stimulates its current employees, by giving them the opportunity to be a part of different congresses, workshops, etc. such as World Congress of pharmacy.
